If a low ball offer was lobbed on the back of obvious attempt to drive SP down, and a turning point in U market sentiment and fundamentals two things would happen 1) The company wouldn't recommend it 2) Shareholders wouldn't accept it. Especially Insto's who paid 70c in the Capital raising only last year.
In fact it is likely the company wouldn't even bring the offer to shareholders, since it would have no chance of success.
PDN is much more secure in it's future now than a year ago.
