I think your criticism of listed company directors/managers is very apt for many coy's
but is NOT applicable to OTTO management .

I believe OTTO management are working very hard for the benefit of OTTO shareholders, for example the I see the latest announcement re "Otto acquires Borealis Petroleum Pty Ltd" for OEL script as a WIN/WIN deal that would probably not have been done if OTTO was not currently drilling the Hawkeye well (a win for OTTO, with a script price of 6.8 cps, in the event of a Hawkeye duster and a win for Borealis shareholders because of OTTO's short and long term potential!)

Yes I was also disappointed to see recent OTTO director selling rather than buying, but each to his own, (and there is always the opportunity to vote at agm's for shareholders comment on directors) .
