    How about this for an idea, make sure all of the directors are based on or close to the mine site on a residential contract with 2 return flights to the point of origin per year. Just like MBN. Put them on Brazilian salaries and just leave an office person to attend the phone. That would save the company in excess of $2 million per anum.
