See there's another point DS you bring up there was never a change in SH just a Director's change. This company has always been pretty haphazard in meeting regulatory requirements with the registry I guess again further highlighted with the notice last week of undisclosed director trade & the presentation earlier this year with sub holder interests significantly "rounded up" in the slides.
Either way though regardless of pre or post allocations for the RI the block sale is well in excess of 1% ---- 125,000,000 is 12.4% of the company pre RI or 6.2% post RI. I'll just make the assumption that the 125,000,000 was broken up amongst multiple parties - likely Patterson's clients ? and Hockings watering down was disclosed in the change of director holdings 3Y notice so whilst maybe missing the SH's 604 the numbers were still released.
Also I wonder if Hockings block sale he kept hold of the attaching rights or they went with the stock ? I'd say being after the cut off date has meant he kept them ?
