A never ending argument guys. Traders, speculators and investors have been arguing the pros and cons of TA over FA and vice versa since the dawn of financial markets. Will probably still be arguing over it a 100 years from now. Personally I use both and feel it is essential for any investor to get a solid grasp on both in order to make investment decisions. Sometimes FA takes over such as announcements but when the news slows I have traded using TA with success also. Each to their own but there is a lot of merit in using both.
