Re the strategic review:
Bringing all parties together to facilitate an official announcement may be proving more difficult than first envisaged. The NGP background noise and the market conditions are not the best lubricant to smooth a way forward.
It would be helpful if NGP were to formally withdraw their intention to spill the board. One announcement months ago then no follow up is not acceptable and makes you wonder why our system can allow this to happen. It would also give the SP a boost.
