I thought the heading of $60 was the value of the whole company, sorry my mistake.
I'm sorry but I missed where the announcement was about restructuring the debt to a better deal.
Now if I was a banker, and you came along to me with this companies costs for when production falls in 2 years time to 6mt/a, for the cheapest mine and wanted say $370m (at todays 73c to the dollar, the $US269m owed), I think I would politely show you the door before you had finished your presentation.
If debt holders are being talked to at present, then no good news will come of it. Looking at the share selling that has been going on since it relisted, I'd suggest the only talks to debt holders is desperate pleas to not call on the debt.
Personally if I still held, I'd expect the worst any day.
