This is devastating for the company. About one tenth or 10% of the shares offered were accepted. Eventually the company will offload at a reduced price. They are just hanging on to survival. Where to now. they have too many prospects, too many targets, and no cash to fund exploration. They need to focus on their best prospect, and the problem of cash to survive and to explore.
