Offering the service to video streaming companies like Netflix, GAL's TV2U and other big bandwidth streaming providers like geospacial mapping NEA and SFI, Radios and Satellites are also point to point, maybe interal WAN's, and VPN's is the Enterprise market, they should be targetting.
Because it can not be an "Enterprise" ISP or Telecom or network company or reseller of Telecoms, because if the retail consumer has the NGN APP, then u can't have the network enterprise using the same compression algorithmns in the same link, from one geographical link to another geographical link.

In their presentation it says
" Mobile service providers can make much better use of base station capacity as well as more efficient use of the cellular radio frequency bands "

This simply does not compute.
U can not have the retail app on a mobile phone and also in the carriers mobile telephone base station, doing the same thing.

I do have shares in this so I hope it all works out OK. Just can understand this conflicting point.
