Just to clarify one point - it is not the companies responsibility to lodge a SS notice so don't blame management for that. I think you are also confusing regulatory requirements and investor presentations. I find all the rules confusing and frankly I suspect the Hockings may have thought the director notice was just a settlment difference - remember they thought they were getting the first 400m of shares and had clearly disclosed both the sale and the allocation in the prospectus so the 3Y query was an anal piece of governance at best - they only thing none of us didn't already know was disclosed on time and that was the option sales.
