What is your operwtional and strategic plan for blr if there is a NO vote?

Answer what the blr capital management plan will be, production plan will be, permitting plan will be, repayment of $450k loan before the collateral is taken, how will blr be able to pay bills in Perth and the USA and survive, and how will blr stay solvent .
