ASX List Rule Info

Anyway, at the office at the mo so won't pull apart and summarise the list rules right now but here are some quick info links (might make easier for some searching for them) for any who want to have a read and gain some understanding of what the process and requirements is / are. If I get a chance I will try bullet point some of the key components later....c how I go.

The PWC one is excellent in providing a timetable of what happens and when so we get a clear view of what has been going on in the background for the Co.

Others are ASX and another Legal summary....if any questions we can collectively post our thoughts or queries to review in need.

Just did a quick 30 day VWAP calc based purely on July (yes has 31 days but used 30...lol) - would have been around 0.11. Irrespective of current SP (as we know will fluctuate and also eventually suspend anyway), if the VWAP is 0.11 - 0.13 depending on their calc period then we can assume the CR will be around that based on Co. Ann's.

In saying that, the listing rules r specific around the 0.20 relist price but @lgs from memory confirmed the Co. will look for waiver on that (still has to be granted by ASX though). This would allow WBT to relist obviously between the CR price and upwards and as though, you would want a discount to the relist price you would not want too much IMO....you would also think that there will be some price / news catalyst (we know test results, O/S updates etc due) and as I think it was Jazz concluded, we could see all this within the Prospectus to ensure 1. interest in the CR uptake and 2. a sound future for the investment.
