Thank you sunsfc for the info. Glad to know the brokerage fee is fixed at percentage instead of dollars and 600$ is the minimum loan amount. If we assume the larger the loan amount is, the longer the loan term is, we can conclude that the 160% annualised rate is really the worst case. E.g., say someone borrowed 2000$ for, say, half a year, she(he) was charged 35% brokerage and 24% interest, the annualised interest rate would be 118% instead of 160%.
I am more confident that 20m compensation will be the worst scenario for share holders
