Have just sold our Sydney PPOR.
40% profit in 18 months.
Now we have some tough decisions to make as to whether we invest in a mix of positive cash flow properties (not Sydney) and shares and rent for a while. Or buy another PPOR for the same price we paid for the last one therefore pocketing the difference. Will be a step back in location or quality but will be doing so with near zero debt...
