IMO the equation is:

KR = FAS

Any thought that KR could be replaced is silly. He is the only one capable of steering this SHIP.

If KR was voted out and a new managing director voted in this is what would happen. On day 1 on arriving at the FAS office they would see an AustPost courier dumping a large mail bag at the front door with letters marked 'Overdue Bill', 'Please explain from ASX and ASIC' and 'Notice of Forfeiture'. When looking in Madhu's filing cabinet they would see it is overflowing with nothing but paper labelled '3B notice'. In KR's desk draw they would find a thesaurus with the words irrevocable and imminent underlined as well as receipts from a visit to Disney Land.

In other words only KR has the audacity to keep such a SHIP heap afloat.
