My take is that the company is in advanced confidential negotiations with PFIZER regarding SUD 003 and that they have requested SUDA tick a number of boxes prior to the catalyst of formally inking a DEAL which will see UPFRONT PAYMENTS, licensing deals and royalties. THIS IS THE COMPANY MAKER

AT THE REQUEST OF THIS PARTNER (I'M TOIPPING PFIZER) SUDA has been asked to tick a number of boxes in order to increase the level of confidence in the drug. This will enable the partner to fast track of it to the market.

AS A RESULT, SUDA is well down the path of taking SUD 003 to the market in the US. It is VERY CLOSE to ticking the major boxes below

1. Laboratory proof of a significant improvement in absorption
2. Laboratory proof of improved onset of action
3. Preparation and presentation of a Final development plan to the FDA
4. Answer from the FDA in the second half of 2015 (could be very soon)

AND WITH THIS IN MIND SMART MONEY IS ACCUMULATING THE STOCK PRIOR TO THE BREAKING OF THE NEWS. I ACTUALLY HOPE PARTNERS OF PFIZER ARE DOING THE BUYING IN PREPARATION FOR A STAKE IN THE COMPANY IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEIR INTEREST.
