12 cent minimum capital return, could be more dependent on ATO tax ruling

i see no grounds for AGS to pay tax so looks like capital return of more than 12 cents



The Company does not wish to propose a Capital Return of an amount greater than $0.12 per Share until the Company has
determined its tax liability in respect of the Sale in the current financial year and the Class Ruling has been obtained from the
ATO. Once these have been obtained it is the intention of the Directors to consider making a further distribution or capital return
to shareholders within the next 12 months if the Company has cash that is surplus to its requirements.
