    I hate to be a downer, but given the markets reaction to the latest OUTSTADING news, Tivan DFS etc, I think 97c after off takes and financing is a little too enthusiastic IMO.
    I will be suprised(pleasantly), if we crack 50c.
    IMO a serious re-rate will only happen after contracts for the many building projects are signed and the bull dozers start moving in.
    The $+ sp will only be realized once the first shipments have been made and the cheques have been banked.
    Only my musings and anything could happen......couldn't it?
