Good counterpoints- thanks for posting. If they did an NRR then it's not dilutive and yep, you've got more money at risk but the risk profile on that money is lower. The breathing room / working capital would be helpful; if they raised enough then maybe they could even pay a franked div, which would be nice. That could be a pipe dream though- the banks won't allow any money to go out until debt and coverage ratios are substantially improved.
