Tend to agree invertedva , if Warro was to fail then the new entity will provide a refuge for the board and if Warro is a success then it's almost certain to be snapped up by one of the major gas players, and again the new entity will be very convenient for a disposed board, still can,t see how the proposal is beneficial to the shareholders without the opportunity to sell their share of the new entity.
