Removing the existing concrete should go smoothly. It would of course depend on the quantity involved and safety concerns however as a rule you take into consideration the weather conditions (number one).
If removal has been done then there would be minimal preparation involved and the pour and finishing would be done quickly. We do not know the quantities at this stage so a lot of guess work.
