Yellow Rock Resources (ASX:AVQ) non-executive chairman Brian Davis has acquired $11,181 worth of shares through an on-market purchase.
He bought 1 million shares at an average price of $0.011 each, taking his total stake held directly and indirectly to 2 million shares.
Davis also an indirect interest in 1 million options exercisable at $0.0015 before 31st December 2017.
Shares in YRR last traded at $0.01.
Earlier this month, the company recorded the highest ever vanadium grades recorded at its Gabanintha Project in Western Australia.
Drilling intersected up to 2.2% V2O5 while reverse circulation results had no less than 15 individual assays grading over 1.5% V205 in seven different drill holes.
An update to the resource estimate is underway and should lead to a boost in the vanadium resource at Gabanintha.
YRR had $1.8 million in cash as at 30th June 2015.
