imo i think its more they don't want to work , the asian workers are not that more qualified just willing to work harder for the job and happy to get the award thats until the union get involved ,
many youths think they deserve better these days and many things they are too good for , if they are willing find a job is not a problem , finding a dream job is a lot harder
