Oh. Right. So the first one is a Niobium (or Nobium, as you more appropriately put it) mine which has no REE, and the second one is a project. Not a mine. With a PEA of $1bn in 2012 when REE prices were much higher than they are now. Not only is it not a mine, but "The asset has been determined to be "non-core" and MBAC continues to review all strategic options." So it doesn't look like it will be a mine soon.
You can keep repeating ARAXA, ARAXA as much as you like. You could even get some pom-pom girls to do a little dance, but - what mine?
