I know that myself and others have had a go at management and pushed the need for some changes but I think that, where the IPO is concerned, we should acknowledge that management probably received some very poor advice, re IPO timing, from their previous underwriters. If the previous underwriters had done their research a little better, it is possible that the whole thing could have gone off without a hitch. I am sure that Peter will be pulling his hair out right now as he probably feels quite let down. Unfortunately, that is the life of a CEO.
