From the quarterly activities report
The community consultation period is scheduled to conclude on 24 August 2015. The Company is then asked to provide further information where relevant to respond to any feedback (estimated to take 4-6 weeks FSB site visit). Once this information is provided the Environment Department is required to make a Determination within three months.
Based on feedback received to date, the Company continues to believe it will be in a position to commence construction of the Muga Mine in Q4 of the current calendar year.
I take this as best case 5th October (6 weeks after the 24th August) and worst case mid November. One thing I am unsure of though, is this referring to the mining permit / environmental permit or both? Anyone know the answer to that?
