News: Vision Eye Institute has sights on material transaction

    Vision Eye Institute (ASX:VEI) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of a material transaction.

    While no additional details have yet been revealed, Pulse Health (ASX:PHG) recently made a tilt at Vision Eye.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 17th August 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
