There's your HRE fantasy in a nutshell, on those numbers unlikely Chinese exports will even reach the ginormous 21t of Dy purchased ROW 2014.
If Lynas get around to developing Mt Weld further it will be Duncan, and it will be predicated on the ability to supply 5ktpa NdPr + 5ktpa La, NOT the 300tpa Dy, by-product at best.
Gotta laugh at these < 1% hard rock, underground HRE wannabes now touting fab new process tech & "ice to the arctic"/con to China when Lynas is sitting on a high grade, simple resource that could throw off 300tpa Dy as soon as the demand economics warranted a fairly simple Ce discard.
