Considering the plant and infrastructure its a good deal, but I feel TLM will need to move quickly on their exploration strategy, initially focussing around the existing mine. C&M costs are going to be expensive, and TLM have no cash-flow. They need to pump money into the project now while NP is suppressed.

They should be in there now drilling those conductors at Skye and Sterling, it's within striking distance of the Sinclair workings. The current exploration manager is Ex-Jubilee/Xstrata so should know whats up.

Prospectivity-wise, orebodies tend to be in the 2-3%Ni, not super high-grade like Cosmos, but certainly more attractive than somewhere like Windarra.
