When the on-market price rises it will be right, when the on-market price recedes it will also be right. Whether the on-market price is a fair reflection of the actual business is another matter. Welcome to having crappy instruments like CFD and Options that allow the market to distort underlying values by driving the on-market price to an artificial value that bears no relevance to the actual business. It makes the old and well used ratio analyses (e.g. PE, EPS, DE etc.) nigh on redundant when price shorting instruments are prevalent.
Personally I think MTS unshorted should be around the $1.60 mark with a "watch notice" for continued debt reduction, project diamond, the new executives performance and competitive threats. However the shorters are having a feast so that makes me wrong and the market right, for now.
