In Perth recently a significant aquifier was found near the depleting Gnangara Mound aquifier. Though not ready for use for a few years pending tests to see how it replenishes etc...if it's a goer I bet the price of water won't come down...considering the Gnangara Mound depleting was a major reason for the price hike.
