Of course this a tiered acquisition more so than a deal but I was just impressed with the cash position measured against it - i'm not sure how much GeneWeave already had in bank but considering they had to move for the $12M series B i'd say not much. Just using that figure though the up-front is 16x the amount of capital they raised only last month - very impressive !
