The reason for my post really was not to take the lead but get the discussion back into the company or related point of discussion then infighting........

Anyways no one runs any thread here just nice to have balanced discussion and avoid the childish behaviours that can occur. It only takes one generally to upset the balance on a thread.....
Instead of ignoring that poster people fuel the fire with responses directed at them.....
Best just to continue your discussion and remember any fool can post on HC hence why the ignore function is available Don't become a child yourself or your just as bad! IMO.
