those EPA temperature figures don't mean a thing.
They are measuring normal long term fluctuations and incorrectly interpreting them as a trend.
Also, sea levels are not rising globally but do tend to rise and fall a little over the long term locally due to fluctuations in ocean currents, tidal effects etc.
