    The deal is $44 million - 3 businesses. One in WA - they (PGC) dont have anything there.
    the EBITDA would move from $3.7 m to $13.5 m - 1 for 5 rights issue rest placed. BP underwriter.
    Revenue up from 32M to 106M.
    The full deal will be disclosed today - I presume.
