I believe the true value of AJX today is 1.80 - 2.00 AUD based on my experience of the Australian markets and how they work. Being that it is quite small (ASX) and also the traders are very conservative and also most often wrong. lol. The market is IMHO lagging or not up to speed with the full story of AJX and hence the stock, considering the fundamentals and excellent management (major factor always) , is way undervalued. What the Aussie market does eventually is catch up, and way overshoot before it settles to fair value often enough.
So I would expect to see it shoot way over 2.00 AUD then settle back around there sometime in the near future. Also whats not been flagged is the "domino" effect of the latest PO with a major bedding manufacturer, expect the PO`s to start pouring in when competitors and other industries scramble to achieve a level playing field with their own products, you would have to know the US system to understand how quickly this will happen, the country is totally focused on consumerism unlike Australia. This should not be under estimated and obviously AJX are beefing up staff to deal with that very issue.
