In my opinion there won't be much of a case; you can't go suing every time someone misses guidance.
Unless there is evidence they made wilful misstatements, which a) is very unlikely, and b) is hard to prove, there isn't much of a case.
I seriously doubt this will go ahead, and if it does, I doubt IMF will win.
