where did you read that in the announcement? SH don't have to say thank you.
IMO the announcement is positive, at least he is using his over paid salary to support he company. i agree with the jist of your statement though, he is overpaid. lets hope the next announcement is that Sagey will take a pay cut. If he has faith in the company then buying low now will make him a rich man and he wont need a ridiculous salary.
