Do you agree them disclosing their packages at CAKRA is material ?
IMO it would certainly influence their decisions. Fair enough they own stock, but if you get offered huge salaries for the next 3 years it can make up for a lot in lost stock gains in order to get the whole company cheap
All IMO, as I don't know details of their packages but I consider it material and should be disclosed
