CXB recently changed their name to LIT, for lithium Ausrtalia. They have the rights to this wonderful process, etc.etc.
PLS is today priced and therefore valued at 11.5/12c/sh. If LIT prove wonderfully profitable and viable in the short term, 6 months, then all the hard rock lithium and brine lithium assets could be worthless overnight, if someone was turning some giant mica heap into a million tonne of pure lithium oxide/carbonate or whatever per year.
Lit might still be a junior still looking for ways to cheapen their process in 5 years time while PLS is mining the second best lithium resource on the planet in 5 years time making $200m profit/year.
Nobody knows which way things will go for certain, so we place our bets today on what is known and what we think will happen. Hence PLS is worth/valued/priced at 11.5-12c today and LIT at 6c (or whatever it closed at).
Perceptions and profitability will change over time, so will the worth/value/price.
I'd say all of us in this conversation perceive that PLS's value will grow as it passes hurdles, and that others will not catch us in time, or fall by the wayside. Some have a bet eachway.
