Yes a compelling argument. I had similar confidence in LYC (rare earths) a few years ago. All the numbers looked good before production took place. There were delays in plant commissioning and a "market crash" in REE prices leaving LYC not much more than as "basket case". I lost a lot of money.
In saying that, I'm more confident with MNS (less complex than LYC) )but a little bit more cautious than I would have been as few years ago.
