LTL, in my experience this generally occurs when a business is on the ropes. Can you imagine that sort of reply from TLS / CBA or any other profitable company?
In any case the lenders have total control, IMO, and the board have little say in matters now. The term sheet for the new fiscal arrangements should make an interesting read.
