Given the astute Governance by the Company one cannot expect them to get a difficult form such as an appendix 3z correct the first time, after all they are still working on getting the appendix 3x lodged. I guess this is why they are having trouble bringing the market up to date, on the final payment for the land which we all know, from the announcements over the past decade (or what seems like a decade) is due to be paid any time in the next century and also the position with the Guarantee to the Bank for the non related company, as they practicing getting their announcements correct.
