I am interested in taking up a position in HRR. They are currently trading just above their cash backing, meaning their Zn project is not valued by the market. With Century Zn closing, along with other mines around the world running out of resources, this could be a good play.
The mood in this forum is not good, however. I suspect it's because the average entry price was much higher than the current SP, so ppl are frustrated. However, on the face of it, the SP appears to be bottoming. The only real consideration is the current and future Zn price. A lot of Chinese production has come off, but with any increase in prices they will, no doubt, come back on. Woodlawn is at least 2 years away from production and a lot will happen between now and then. How will HRR fare in the interim?
