Well keep convincing yourselves that its a dud but take it from me a reasonably big player in the labour hire game, SEEK is the go to to find workers, forget the other sites yeah might be cheaper but you get rubbish. They then slug you if you want your logo up extra, then if you want to be on the first page its a huge premium and it goes on....and I just got the next years contract with a non-negotiable 10% price increase as always. Take it also from me that this is the worst employment market I have seen in 20 years in this game, workers are walking in the door of prospective employers so why would they advertise or use companies like us.
However we all know this will turn around and when it does Seek cleans up with the extra $$$ straight to the bottom line. I for one went in and bought a stack at average $12.07.
