Additional points/Clarification from the meeting:
-the presentation used at the meeting reflected the current status of Alexium (not June version). July is the version loaded on the Alexium website at the moment but it gets replaced monthly with the latest version. August version should be coming ...
-Shareholders are not likely to hear about the listing until very close to the listing date (eg October)
-the company is currently developing products and diversifying in the FR market however once these are established will revisit the initial technology pertaining to chemical / biological repellency (developed by the airforce). The airforce will benefit from royalties for sales in the US and overseas. The intellectual property is protected.
-Alexium now send their staff to new companies purchasing Alexium technology to ensure the correct application of the Alexium product initially (based on lessons learnt in Asia which resulted in incorrect application and hence delays)
-Alexium do not need additional $ unless they go into new markets (based on requiring additional sales staff). Building and electronics were used as examples.
-Gavin hopes to organise a seminar next year to bring out NC etc. Barriers this time: Cost and impending listing (Nick very busy). No mention if this is to Australia or Perth. He also extended an invitation to shareholders to visit Alexium in the US if over there (self funded of course).
