They are all processors and yes plenty of history in that space. I think Bega is also 20% owned by Fonterra and National Foods got sold to the Philippines back then and the whole WCB saga was very sorry for sure and ultimately Saputo paid plenty for its right to have a presence here.
AHF differs from all these as it is a pure producer and seeks aggregation at that level only, for now. The only comparator to AHF I can think of would be DHL (Dairy Holdings Limited) in New Zealand but they are on a scale AHF can only aspire to at this point and DHL isn't listed.
