Don't kid yourself about broker reports. Usually when a report is released the broker is getting out at the stock at the time and MAY buy in later. The latter is the most positive spin I can put on it.
Dare anyone to take 5 or even more broker reports on many stocks for last 6 or even 12 months and see if target price has been met or the reverse has happened. There are some good stories but they are few and far between.
I disregard many reports particularly when made public.
