The Company advises that it has contracted to sell 5 million fully
paid Shares and 2.5 million Options from its holdings in Jetset
Travelworld Ltd (formerly Heartlink Limited) to Melbourne based
company Sintack Pty Ltd.

The consideration receivable from the sale is $1.6 million.
