I reckon you might be right . TPG have likely linked this together for a while .They had an investment arrangement with CVT since last year .Early cash for CVT products down the line and since they are now second biggest Aussie provider it will be time to perform. Historically iiNET have a great reputation for customer service and product ,one of TPG promises was to retain that and improve it.
So that could be the CVT tech platform or product you mention.
